Warranty Policy
All products will be covered by free repair warranty within the specified period from the delivery date to the date stated on the warranty card.
Products sent for warranty must be accompanied by the intact warranty card, without any tears, erasures, or alterations.

All products come with specific usage instructions. If customers intentionally use the product improperly causing irreparable damage such as chipping, severe warping, breaking, etc., we will not be responsible for warranty service.
