Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Methods

We offer two delivery methods:

• Customers may purchase products directly at our company or physical store.

• Home delivery (shipping service).

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once we receive your order, it is typically processed within 24 hours. We will contact you with confirmation details regarding payment and delivery.
Standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days from the date the order is finalized, or as agreed upon with the customer during order placement.

In some rare cases, delivery may take longer due to force majeure circumstances, such as:

• Our staff is unable to contact the customer by phone.

• The provided delivery address is incorrect or difficult to locate.

• A sudden increase in order volume causing processing delays.

• Suppliers or shipping partners experiencing unexpected delays.

We use third-party shipping services, so the shipping fee will be based on the courier’s pricing and depends on the delivery location and order weight. The exact fee will be informed during order confirmation.

3. Delivery Area Limitations

For bulk purchases or wholesale orders from other provinces, we will coordinate with shipping companies for delivery. Shipping fees will be based on the rates of the chosen logistics provider or mutually agreed upon terms in a contract.

4. Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Providers Regarding Shipping Documents

All orders are carefully packed and sealed by Hamono.vn before shipping. Couriers are responsible for transporting goods in original, sealed packaging only.

Each package includes the following recipient details: name, phone number, delivery address, and tracking number.

To ensure the safety and legitimacy of the goods, a valid financial invoice or delivery note will be enclosed with the parcel (if applicable).

These documents serve as a basis for processing any claims, verifying product value, and ensuring legal circulation of goods.

The shipping company is responsible for delivering the package and providing the customer with the included sales invoice.

5. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Delivery

• In the event of damage caused during transportation, whether by our own delivery or a third-party courier, Hamono.vn will take full responsibility for resolving the issue with the customer.

• Customers have the right to refuse delivery and request a return or refund under our “Return & Refund” policy. We will work directly with our logistics partner to seek appropriate compensation based on our service agreement.

• Note: In case of any unexpected delivery delays, we will promptly inform the customer. Customers may then choose to cancel the order or continue waiting.
