Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the product upon delivery. Returns or exchanges may be requested at the time of delivery or upon receipt in the following cases:

  • The product received is not the correct type or model as ordered or as listed on the website at the time of purchase.

  • The order is incomplete (missing quantity or components).

  • The product is visibly damaged due to packaging issues such as torn box, peeling, cracks, or breakage.

  • Customers must present relevant documentation or images as evidence to facilitate the return or exchange process.


2. Notification and Shipping Timeframe

  • Notification period: Within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases of missing items, broken gifts, or damaged goods.

  • Return shipping timeframe: Within 14 days from the date the product is received.

  • Return address: Customers may either bring the item directly to our office/store or send it via postal services.

  • For any concerns or feedback related to product quality, please contact our customer support hotline.


3. Return & Exchange Methods

  • We will exchange the product for the correct model as originally ordered if the wrong item or quantity was delivered, or if the product does not meet our commitment.

  • If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value upon customer agreement.

  • If the customer no longer wishes to keep the product due to an issue with the item and does not accept an exchange, we will refund the purchase via bank transfer or another agreed method within 7 working days from the date of the request. Transfer fees (if any) will be borne by the customer.

  • If there are any shipping costs incurred due to the return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees directly with the courier.
