Product Inspection Before Payment
Customers have the right to inspect the product before making payment. However, product trials or testing are not supported.
Please open the package upon delivery to verify that the correct items and quantities have been provided as per your order. Do not use or test the product during this inspection.
If you are satisfied with the product, please proceed with payment to the delivery personnel (for COD orders) and accept the package.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may refuse to accept it. In this case, a return shipping fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will be charged.

Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package, as this may damage the product inside. Hamono.vn regrets that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for any damage caused by the customer during unpacking.
