The PRO・M series is primarily designed for professional use. It features an ergonomic, user-friendly design that ensures comfort and prevents fatigue, even during prolonged use. A flowing line runs from the blade through to the handle, creating a seamless and unified form. The bolster is made from stainless steel and is directly integrated with the blade, eliminating concerns about rust caused by moisture.

Sharpness: The blade is sharpened in the style of a traditional Japanese sword, ensuring exceptional sharpness and durability. It is also easy to re-sharpen, maintaining peak performance with minimal effort.

Heat Treatment: A special process is used in which the steel is cooled to below -70°C after quenching, enhancing its hardness and toughness. This treatment gives the steel the remarkable properties of being "unbreakable, unbendable, and extremely sharp."

Hygiene: The handle is made from elegant black Pakka wood, offering a refined appearance. There is no gap between the blade and the handle, making it difficult for water to seep in. In typical knives, the metal part inside the wooden handle may rust or loosen over time. However, the PRO・M series uses 18-8 stainless steel, fully enclosed within the handle, making it rust-resistant and exceptionally durable.
